life's been pretty much of a breeze.

after back from korea trip. had a birthday celebration for my uncle at a super nice dining place. i cant remember what's the name of the place. urgs! :( anyways, though the food there is a lil pricey, it was awesome, seriously! i was thinking of having my 21st birthday there too with my family. (: just a dinner-out, because i doubt i will actually hold a big party or anything like that.

even pictures of the food, can make me drool. omg. sry, no family photos at the moment, with my cousin's camera. hahas.

finally sang kbox with linda and xi shi, after so long! thanks for the wait girls, for me to return back from korea. hahas. klunch that day, was horrible. the worst that i ever eaten. we were so hungry after that, and had to eat wan ton mee at far east. tsk tsk.

din do much shopping that day, just basically roaming around town. then we headed to clarke quay to have a girls' fav part of the meal - dessert! wooohooo~ it was really irresistable. hahas. cant blame me, i have a sweet tooth. i need to have something sweet after meals.

dad came back from hk for awhile. so we had a pre-father's day celebration at holland village. some mexian restaurant. not bad for a try. but mexican food are basically spicy. so if you cant take spicy food, i wouldnt recommend that. (: but the strawberry magarita was super super nice. it does have some alcohol content. but not really that high. so probably, not bad for a chill-out place to have a drink and eat some nachos (:

that's all for now. toodles! will be back for more updates! woooohoo~!

came across a korean movie. that it's a must watch.
it's a superb long movie, bout 2 hours plus, but really worth watching.
mayb draggy for some, but for those who are very romance-like, you should go catch it. (:
.THE CLASSIC.
go catch it if you are free.

anyways, life's been pretty much slack.
nothing much to do. and have been planning self-entertained programs esp when im at home. hahas , or else, supper night outs with the usual clique.

and thanks to J, i finally opened up my heart on something between me and ^^.
even outsiders can tell as much that we do not seem as close as pictures says it all.
and it's all because of the word ******* that has been haunting us for years.
hate to admit that,
but afterall, that has been a scar in our hearts.

i did my reflections, and i'm sorry if that one incident did hurt you.
but have you done your reflections yet?

i'll keep all these a secret between us.
just take it , that this is a lesson meant for us to learnt about.
so that we wont repeat anymore mistakes. (:

pictures time! (way outdated actually;)

ps. i forgot to thank annie (our tour guide), chan (xiao di) and mei for a wonderful korea trip! (:
and i hope things will turn out good for jL and jon. i really want you guys to be back together again. please, dont let go of your friendship just because of that one person. (:

toodles for now.

KOREA PART 2

still in jeju island. we went to the shooting site of popular korean drama show 大長今. and the lady that we took picture with, actually appeared in 大長今. i cant rmb her. but my mum can. hahas. so what a surprise. and she's superb funny and cute as she's introducing us to the different 大長今 shooting areas. (:

we headed back to seoul and stayed at spa castle hotel. early next morning, we went for spa and swimming in the hotel itself till bout 11plus. it was soo soo good. and i love the spa there. it's so relaxing. but sorry, no pictures of it. hahahs.

in the afternoon, we went to evaland. it's a theme park. we were given 4 hours of free and easy . of course, it was not enough. even on weekdays, the place is full of students and kids. i wondered what time does korean students start and end school. and do they even attend school every single day. mmm.

anyways. for every ride we sit, we need to queue at least half an hour. so we only managed to sit 5 thriller rides. if you see one of the pic below featuring the wooden roller-coaster. it's said to be the highest in korea. but that's not the scariest i have sat for that day. the worst one was the 360 turn. omg. it was horrifying. i guess i was being swinged and turned for at least 12 times.

isnt this baby boy a cutie pie? hahas. his mum was superb nice to let us take pics of him. (:

after that, we stayed at another hotel. which is actually the shooting site of WINTER SONATA. so fans of bae yong jun or the korean drama show, you can go there to take a look. it was super cold that day. around 10.5 degree celsius.

my tour guide said that the place is actually the coldest in seoul. because during winter time, the place will be full of snow and there will be lots of people skiing there. that's why you can actually see many small shops selling those skiing stuffs. but they are closed now, since it's actually spring time for the moment.

next stop, we went to kimchi school to learn how to make kimchi. it's quite an experience. and i quite like eating kimchi. and it's healthy man. all 3 meals in korea, you will definitely get to see kimchi on the table. (:

after that we get a chance to try on korean costumes. woohoooo!

next up, we went to lotte world. it's another theme park. it's said to resemble like the disneyland in america to a certain extent. (: not much pictures. because i was busily exploring and sitting the thriller rides.

the next place we went was making some mat thingy. and that place actually looks after deers. we were allowed to feed them some grass. super cute. somehow it makes me miss my dog, whisky at that time. hahas.

then, everyone of us were given a chance to make rice cake. it's like muah chee in singapore. and we were each given a box of complementary rice cake. i din really like the taste, still very much prefer singapore's muah chee. hahahs.

and my fav picture in the whole korea trip: flowers. (:
it's spring time, and you can imagine how beautiful those flowers are. i totally adore them .
a pity that you dont get to see such flowers in singapore :(

that's the end of part 2. yeah! (: it's 12.23, gonna sleep now! toodles!

@ 8:14 AM

sorry for the lack of updates peeps.
i just came back from korea trip last friday night.
was superb duper tired.

i din have much sleep during my entire korea trip.
had morning calls almost every morning 6am (korea timing)
which means it's singapore's time 5am.

yeah, we followed tour because my bro says it's better to do so in korea,
since communication is a problem there. and the people there, dont understand much eng as compared to japan. and besides, the other time when i went japan, my dad knew how to travel around.

anyways, here comes PART 1 of KOREA.
i'll do the blogging for part 2 too on a separate post or else i'll spend huge amt of time to adjust the pics up and down. hahas.

first stop: coal mining place.
it's pictures of different coals, rocks, etc.
and how they actually make coal and stuffs.

i was more interested in taking pics, rather than reading the history there. hahas.
second stop: it's where we ride this bike thingy.
2 people riding this bicycle thingy for god-knows how many km long.
my thighs were aching by then.
but it was hell-outta fun.
enjoying the wind breeze and scenery. wooohooo~

3rd stop: we went to this wine factory thing. where we were given a free bottle of wine. we took pictures with the apples, and had our pic pasted on the wine bottle. why apples? because, that's apple wine. superb nice. (: sry, i dont have pics of it yet, lazy to take. hahas.

oh after that, we were being served some apple pancakes and some wine. not too bad. or mayb cus i was super hungry by that time.

4th stop: visited the temple. had lots of scenery shots as you can see from below. hahas.

5th stop: can you see the tomates pic below? we were brought to a place to pluck tomatoes from the tomato plants. and if you know me well, i dont really fancy tomatoes. but these tomatoes taste different fr singapore ones. they tasted sweet. and it's superb duper nice ! i bet linda will love it. hahas (:

after that, we immediately head down to the airport to catch a plane to JEJU . it's another part of korea. which i heard, is famous for chocolates. so i bought quite a no. of chocolates for friends and stuffs. hahas. hopefully it's gonna be enough. (:

our first stop in jeju: the mysterious road. i heard bout this from jia le. he said something weird bout this road. double click on the pic to read more bout the mysterious road thingy.

our bus driver did an expt by switching off the bus engine. and on this mysterious road, the bus automatically goes up . weird right? it's only a short path in the middle of the road. (it's like out of nowhere man). and this mysterious road, looks upward, but actually it's downwards. we did an expt using water. and it's proven so. hahahas. amazing.

next stop: we went to teddy bear museum. if you did catch one of the hottest korean drama show: boys before flowers. there was one episode scene in this teddy bear museum. (: as much as i enjoyed looking at these teddy bears, it was superb expensive to own them. hahas. so i din get anything for myself there.

and if you scroll down, you will see a LV teddy bear. that's the most expensive teddy bear in the world. i forgot how much it costs. but yeah, superb ex. (:

alright, that's the end of part 1. woohooo!
